Evalueon

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Evalueon handles personal data in connection with the Evalueon website and the Cuniculyx mobile game. Evalueon aims to collect only the data needed to provide, secure and improve its services.

1. Evalueon website

Contact form

If you contact Evalueon through the website, we process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company (optional), enquiry category and message. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry and for related business correspondence.

The website does not intentionally publish the destination email address used by the contact form. Contact-form submissions are sent by email and are not stored by this WordPress theme in a separate website database.

Technical data

The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs and browser information in server logs for security, reliability and operational purposes. Evalueon does not use this theme to create advertising profiles.

Cookies and analytics

The public Evalueon website theme does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics or marketing cookies. WordPress may use essential cookies in administrative or logged-in contexts.

2. Cuniculyx mobile game

This section is based on a review of the Cuniculyx implementation available to Evalueon on 14 August 2026.

Data stored on your device

Cuniculyx stores game-related information locally on the device. This includes a generated identifier, a (random) name, personal high score and score history, completed levels, game settings, language preference and a temporary cache of the global high-score list. The generated client identifier is an app-specific random identifier and is used to associate game functions such as entitlements and high-score submissions with the installation.

Global high scores

When a qualifying high score is submitted, Cuniculyx sends the generated client identifier, name, score, level, distance and play time to the Evalueon backend. The public global high-score data includes the player name and gameplay results. Players should therefore not use a player name that reveals personal information they do not want displayed in a leaderboard.

Purchases and entitlements

Cuniculyx offers Google Play in-app purchases, including Full Game and God Mode entitlements. For purchase verification and restoration, the app and backend may process an app-specific client identifier, product identifier, Google Play purchase token, order identifier, purchase state and entitlement status.

Payment credentials and full payment-card details are handled by Google Play and are not received or stored by Evalueon through the Cuniculyx application.

Google Play Integrity

Cuniculyx uses Google Play Integrity as an anti-abuse and purchase-security measure. The Android application requests an integrity token tied to a cryptographic request hash. This is used by the backend to help verify that relevant requests originate from an expected app/device environment and to protect purchase and entitlement processing. Google may process device, app and account-related signals in providing Google Play Integrity under Google’s own privacy terms.

Backend services

Cuniculyx uses Base44-hosted backend functionality for features including entitlement handling, purchase records and global high scores. Data required for those functions is transmitted to and processed by the backend infrastructure.

Advertising and analytics

No advertising SDK or third-party behavioural analytics integration was identified in the reviewed Cuniculyx application code. Evalueon does not use the reviewed implementation to sell personal data or to build advertising profiles.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, Evalueon processes data only where there is an appropriate legal basis. Depending on the context, processing may be necessary to provide requested services or purchases, to respond to a request, to protect the security and integrity of the application, or for Evalueon’s legitimate interests in operating reliable services.

4. Data sharing

Evalueon does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers where necessary to operate the website or Cuniculyx, including the website hosting provider, Base44 backend infrastructure and Google Play services for Android distribution, billing and integrity verification. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

5. Data retention

Evalueon keeps personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, including responding to enquiries, maintaining valid purchase entitlements, operating leaderboards, preventing abuse and meeting applicable legal or accounting obligations. Locally stored game data remains on the device until it is cleared by the user, removed with the app where the operating system does so, or overwritten by normal app use.

6. Security

Evalueon uses reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the service. Cuniculyx uses server-side purchase verification and Google Play Integrity-related checks for protected purchase flows. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Children’s privacy

Cuniculyx is not designed to require children to provide a real name, email address or other direct contact information. The player-name feature should not be used to publish personal information. If Evalueon becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a child in a manner that requires parental consent under applicable law, appropriate steps will be taken to address it.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal data, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.

9. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, use the contact form on the Evalueon website and select the most appropriate enquiry category. This allows you to contact Evalueon without the website publishing the receiving email address.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Evalueon’s website, apps, service providers or data practices change. The current version and its revision date will be published on this page.

App-store consistency: The Google Play Data safety declaration for Cuniculyx should be kept consistent with the actual production build and this policy. If new SDKs, analytics, advertising, account features or additional data collection are added, both should be reviewed before release.
